1. I did not receive any confirmation emails.

If you did not receive emails, check your spam filter in your mail program.

 

2. What if I have more than one person to sign up?

There are 2 ways to do this. The easiest is to create an account. Just check the box “Create an account” below your Credit Card Billing Info. Finish and sign up your first family member then click on “Shop” in the menu and select events for your next family member. Most of your information will be there for you when you get to the checkout page. NOTE: you will be charged separately for each person.  In addition to your registration emails, you will receive an email with your user name and password. If you return later to add a person, there will be a banner at the top of the checkout screen that says “Returning customer? Click here to log in.” This will allow you to log in and use your saved personal information.

The other way is to do a guest check out. To do this, do not check the “Create an account” button. After you complete your first registration click on “Shop” in the menu and select events for your next family member. When you get to the checkout you will have to enter all your billing info again.

 

3.How do I buy spectator tickets?

If you are signing up for events, when you add events you can also add spectator tickets. There are options for 4-12 year olds and 13+. Children 3 and under are free. You can set the number of tickets you would like to purchase.

If you are not signing up for events, select spectator tickets and when you get to checkout just fill in the required fields.

 

4.Will I receive a ticket to get in? Do I have to bring anything with me to the tournament?

If you registered for an event(s) or purchased spectator tickets, we will email confirmation 1-2 days before the event. Have this available just in case, but there will be a check in table at the event for everyone.

 

5.How can I make sure I my registration is correct?

You will receive 2 emails after you sign up. One is a receipt. It will include your events as well as competitor information. Make sure this all correct.   It also has your Order # which is your event registration number. The other will have Competitor instructions.

6.How do I know which ring(s) I will be in and what time will my event(s) will be?

You will be assigned to a ring based on your age, rank and gender. Just check the schedule to find your events.

 

7.How can I make changes to my sign up? Can I add or subtract events? Can I still buy spectator tickets?

To add or change events, see your sensei. They will have to help you by adding your corrected event(s) and adjusting the payments. You can buy spectator tickets by returning to the registration page and adding whichever tickets you want.
